Redesigning the control center for a decentralized 4G/5G and WiFi network operator.
(Research)
The existing dashboard lacked clarity across multiple user types. Hotspot operators needed a faster way to monitor device health and earnings. Enterprise clients needed multi-venue oversight. And a new feature was being introduced: a built-in chat with crypto payment capabilities, which needed to feel native, not bolted on.
(Experiment)
The dashboard was restructured into three distinct layers: a personal hotspot view for individual operators, an enterprise layer for managing hundreds of venues and devices, and a KNS section combining eSIM management, NFT identity, asset management, and a Revolut-style chat with send and receive crypto functionality built directly into conversations.
